I love to watch the quest office workers take to extend their weekends, especially those around a holiday. These plans are very meticulously laid out by the “general” in charge, outlining the battle strategy and the steps needed for victory. And the plan must be fully announced, as if yelled from one of those gigantic Viking horns. 

See if you recognize this scene played out in offices nationwide on Thursday…

 ”I am taking Friday off, THEREFORE I GET A 4-DAY WEEKEND!” This cat is thinking “I am clearly quite a bit smarter than the rest of you stuck with the more traditional 3-day weekend”. And you can rest assured he will come in Tuesday morning saying how hard it will be to get back in the swing of things because the “conquest” was so amazing and that extra day he had made all the difference in the world.

Anyway, no matter how long your holiday weekend was, I hope it was a good one.
